Free delivery applies only to the first attempted delivery. If the courier cannot deliver the item on the first attempt due to the recipient being unavailable or the address being inaccessible, any additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges set by the carrier.

Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday, and we do not offer guaranteed delivery on specific days or at specific times. Delivery timing depends on the carrier’s route and local operational schedule.

We use a nitrocellulose-based lacquer and sealer for finishing our wooden furniture. Nitrocellulose is plant-based, derived from cotton and wood pulp. All stains and paints are water-based, and the final surface is finished with natural beeswax for a matte or satin look. The finishes comply with U.S. safety regulations for lead content and meet current California Proposition 65 requirements. Certificates are available upon request.
